They talk about "publications" like the Roundel, "Drives", and then they talk about "local chapters" and them conducting "driver's schools", "social events", "tech Sessions", etc. If you look in the Operations Manual link you will see under "purpose of the club". "Without profit to promot interest in motoring, touring activities, and to encourage safe skillful driving classes, publications, and activites to motor touring..."
